Overview

Meet the Drew & Jonathan Home™ Ultraflex in walnut: an engineered acoustic slat wall panel developed in collaboration with WVH®, built around the iconic Acupanel® slat profile and reimagined for the walls that need a lighter touch.

At 7mm total thickness, the Ultraflex is over 10mm thinner than the core range. That is not a small difference. It makes the panel genuinely flexible, light enough to handle alone, and fast to install on both flat and curved surfaces. The acoustic performance is unchanged: the same great sound absorption as the core Acupanel® range, in a panel that asks far less of the wall and the person fitting it. The slat spacing differs from the standard range, so accessories from the core range are not compatible, but the visual language is unmistakably the same.

In walnut, the Ultraflex uses an engineered veneer: a deliberately straight, even grain with a deeper, richer tone that holds its character consistently across every panel and every batch. Two panels per box, supplied rolled in a tube for safer transit. 240 x 30cm or 300 x 30cm. Adhesive installation only, no rails or fixings required. Free UK delivery available.

Specification

Each full-size panel box contains two panels measuring 300mm wide. These panels will join next to each other on a flat surface seamlessly to cover the dimensions listed below.

Installation & Downloads

Remove the panels from the tube and allow them to unroll on a flat surface, then leave them to acclimatise for 48 hours. Ensure the wall is clean, dry, and flat. Apply grab adhesive to the back of the panel in a zigzag pattern and press firmly into position. For curved surfaces, the panel will flex into place with minimal force. Butt each subsequent panel tight to the last, trim to size with a fine-tooth saw cutting from the face side, and allow the adhesive to cure fully before use. No rails, no clips, no visible fixings.
